Our strongest resource is the quality of the people we employ.  We will only use the very best craftsmen and supervision. 

We have a stable, motivated, well-qualified and experienced workforce who takes great pride in providing the very best and safest service possible.

We have 10 – 20 apprentices who we put through a rigorous 3-year apprenticeship to ensure we maintain our core skills.
